Yet again no pics. Sorry. So I would try to explain to y'all that I was way busy and couldn't find time to post any blogging material, But that would be a lie. Fortunately for y'all I am blogging today. I recently ran the Hobblecreek 1/2 Marathon with Mike and Tiff, which was a peice of cake (not), and well we did pretty good I think for beginners. I unfortunatley ran out of gas right at the end and was a little disappointed, but finished and I was definitely proud of all of us. I will hopefully get some pics up soon. So that's probably enough chatter about me lets talk about my amazing wife and son. Whitney is now 30ish weeks and doing very good the baby is on track and kicking all the time. Jerick is growing up way too fast and is so bright. Well now that my A.D.D. is kicking in and I have totally lost track of where I was going with this post I am gonna sign out, Laters.
P.S. I forgot to mention we saw cuz Paige at the race Way to Go!

Wonderful Blessings!
There are no pictures to go with this post but I thought what the heck , we need to post so like it or not there is no picture. Jerick is a pretty smart 3 year old and lately it has become clear to him that blessings he can get from his daddy are a good thing. When Jerick got his first blessing he said to his daddy, "Thank you for blessing me head!" With his sweet little voice, thanks to his surgery. Since Saturday Jerick has said after every family prayer we have at night that something new is hurting him. Last night it was his back, the night before that it was his knee, and the night before that it was his head and back. At first Homer was a little reluctant to give Jerick a blessing just because he wasn't sure if it was appropriate. I told Homer what a better way for Jerick to learn that he can come to you any time he needs a blessing. Jerick will grow up knowing that he was able to go to his dad anytime and his dad was right there ready and willing. After every blessing Jerick looks up at Homer and says, " Daddy your amazing!" I even think I have seen a tear or two in Homers eye after his little boy said that. So in closing I just wanted to say that blessings are a great thing, for three years not having them in my little family has made me realize how important they really are!!
